A new garage not only adds beauty and value to your home, but can help protect your valuables better as well. We offer a wide variety of custom and semi-custom garages, which are typically built in about 45 days.

GARAGE RENOVATIONS

Sometimes the framing and foundation of your garage is still in great shape, but your roof, siding, windows or doors need a little love. If this sounds like your garage give us a call and we'll come out and provide a free estimate.

GARAGE INSPECTIONS

Not sure if you need a new garage? No problem. We will come out to your home and perform a full inspection of your garage structure to help you decide whether you need a small repair, a full renovation, or a brand new garage.

FROM INITIAL CONSULTATION TO FINAL BUILD

At Value Garage Builders we do a lot more than just build high-quality garages. We help you design your garage to fit your exacting tastes choosing from a variety of garage types, window styles, sidings, and fixtures. Whether you're looking to build a new garage from scratch or renovating your existing garage there are steps along the way, and Value Garage Builders will guide you through them and so you know exactly what to expect for your project.

  • We provide a FREE on-site estimate

  • We review designs and finalize plans with you

  • We pull all necessary permits

  • Our crews will demolish your existing garage, if needed, and remove all debris

  • New concrete is poured, if needed

  • We build or rehab your new garage

  • We run new electric or test existing electric as needed

 

In most cases you can expect this whole process to take about 45 days.
